Cancellation clause
Bookings are binding as soon as the deposit is paid. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel. In the event of late arrivals, early departures or no-shows, the full price of the booking will be charged. To avoid charges in the event of cancellation for justified reasons, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed and all booked days will be charged.

Good hospitality begins by knowing some basic rules. We wish you an enjoyable stay at the hotel!
The flats are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
Please inform us of your estimated time of arrival. Check-in after 7 p.m. must be arranged by phone or email.
In case of late arrivals or early departures there will be no reduction in price. Please let us know in advance.
Smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel pursuant to Italy’s anti-smoking regulations.
From 10 p.m. onwards silence needs to be observed during the night at the hotel.
We don’t accept pets. We thank you for your understanding. The tourist tax is €2.30 per person per day (from 14 years upwards.
The reservation is binding for both parties as soon as the deposit is received, and we confirm its receipt in writing.
We accept cash, bank transfer, debit and credit cards.
